I gave my front end a bit of a touch up and now am wondering if i can drill out the spot welds on my vz and install a new radiator support with rivets or bolts. I dont have a welder and im doing this economy style, that being said safety first and i dont mind paying someone to weld it for me. Any ideas and experience would be appreciated. Thanks for your knowledge!

You can drill out the spots, there are special bits if you want to check tool/engineering supplies, and you could then rivert the new panel in place to hold it, but you would then need to get it welded.
You will also need a small angle grinder with grinding disc for tidying up.
Someone on here in your area with a mig welder might be looking for a bit of cash.

Of course depends on just how much damage as to any other areas of the car out of place.
