Interceptor rims paint colour/name?

I have some black 15" steel rims for my VB. Not interested in sticking on hubcaps & the black looks crap.
What is the paint colour/name that Holden sprayed the interceptor rims?

Before some one says "silver".... I've looked in the paint sections of parts shops & there are many shades of silver/aluminium

Any help would be great.

you can get wheel paint that is gm silver, could be that.

its called wheel silver.....honestly it is.

Holden changed the name of the colour a couple of times.

On the VG it was called Dusky Silver (4H048). On the VP-VR it was called "Silver1" (4J002). VS it became "Opel Silver" 4H025. I have no records on what it's called after the VS III. Hope this helps mate.

When ROH makes them for Holden, they are powdercoated silver, not painted.

Redsicks you've done really well, i'm very impressed! I gotta get me some of that paint and some centre caps. Did you scrub the rims back with a wire brush or something first or just wash them?
