people are confusing me. a tyre professional at beaurepairs says the black interceptors under vn hubcaps are 15x6 then another guy tells me they are all 15x6 but the ones on cop cars are a 15x7. where there 2 different interceptor rim sizes made???
I think there is more like 3 different sizes! You can buy the 15x7's with new tires on them for about $120 a wheel down at Holden, buy the tires and get the wheels for free
yeah thought so. coz i went to put 235's on the vn black interceptors and they wouldnt fit but the guy said if i had the 7 inch interceptors they would.? By the way, whats the widest tyre size you can fit under a vn ?? i heard 255?? on a 15 inch tyre too.
Well I have 235's on my VP and they would scrub on the inside if 3 fatties were in the back but the offset is all wrong and I have heaps more than 20 mils left on the other side, so yeah 255's might fit, 245's will for sure, easy, with a good wheel offset that has the wheel right in the center. I don't know if 255's would fit on the front
i have ordered 15x4 front and 15x8 rear interceptors so will put a 255 tyre on the rear (mickey thompson streeters lol) and a 155 front runner. Gotta Lurve that look!!
not yet. next few days. there is a performance shop in Hallam called Superplus which sell em for that price. (melbourne)
I just bought some 15x7's...... nice original hub caps, and 225 rubber could propably squeeze 235 on there
