I have sent you a PM mate with some info on what i used for my setup.
A 600x300x76 cooler will go well, so will a 400x300x76. The smaller of the two will fit between your headlights and can be mouted up higher. As for piping, i went with 3 inch polished alloy.

nice the stage 2 kit! I am running the stage 1, I thought the stage two came with the intercooler kit cause the stage 1.5 does. What internal mods did you have to make and how many pound does it run?

Sweet, don't mind me its the ecotec stage 2 kit that they suggest engine mods for. Only just realised its a VP. Well mate you will love it, I was shocked with well it actually produced. Let us know how you go with intercooler. From what i have been told by raptor 3" piping gives you next to no manifold pressure drop, anything smaller is noticable but you will still gain power cause the air is that much colder. Make sure your intercooler has 3" end pipes, though most do!

Tadgh you got my number? what have you been quoted im sure i can beat it for ya. i gotta do my brother intercooler pipework this saturday cause hes getting pinging with the hotter days. and you only have to have a look at my thread to see the work i can do. i fit a 450 x 300 in the front of mine cause i wanted to keep the aircon and couldnt remover the reciever dryer else a 600 x 300 would have fit. mind you my car is a VT.
