I currently have a VS Berlina V6 with the S/steel HM Headers fitted. Being a mechanic I fitted them myself at home on the gound whilst on holiday's about 2 years ago. I got the same as what's in the pic above from ephect (slip joint setup). I must admit it cost me a slab of VB to get the guys at Midas F/Gate to weld the flange to the cat as no mig at home.
I can tell you car is more responsive under acceleration (no hesitation noticed when "booting it" to over take and heaps better fuel economy esp with s/c cai fitted and k & n filter.

Im really keen but only if i can get em below $400. What sort of power gains can i expect on my VS V6? And how different will the exhaust note be?

Freddo_VS & DeiCide, i dont believe that we'll be ordering them before we hit 11 ppl.. its just there are so far only 4 ppl on the list.. so adding u both, if u want, will make 6.. u gotta put ur name down as soon as u know u want them..

as far as power gains, the HM headers have been Researched and Developed and are a tuned length, giving you gains all across the rev range.. aparently paceys have a "powerband" range where u really feel it. HM's are meant to be full rev range.. Exhaust note is meant to deepen when adding extractors, only complimenting ur catback exhaust.

I just need names definiately, dont be shy, they're well below cost.

This is not a go at companies or an advertisement for HM just a very keen member to get discounted stuff, that has done a fair bit of research and only wanting to pass on the savings to others
