Interior aircon/heating fan selector faulty.

I have a VN SS the interior fan wasn't working. Found out it was the fuse no problems there but the selector doesn't work. Ie. the air is constantly coming out at my feet and when I change it to go up the windows or at my body etc. it still comes out at the feet. I've pulled the dash apart and looked behind it all seems to be connected properly. Any ideas?

have you reset the air control valve for the distibution channels yet??? The process is to hold the revs at 3,000 rpm in neutral for 10 seconds... try that.
