You have to bother about the heating/HVAC box etc... Otherwise no demister and completely illegal.

VT is a no as it wont fit straight in, neither will the door trims or instrument cluster.

The VT doors are shaped differently to VN-VS, so they wont be a perfect fit. Once again, you'd need a VT dash for VT door trims. And the VT dash is quite large so fitting it in a VN would be a heck of a job.

I would suggest buying a Gregory's Manual for both model cars if you're doing this, they are great help especially wiring diagrams and removing dashes and parts.

ok well i just read another thread and it says that the vr/vs stato rear seats had different brackets to the rears in the vn, is this because of the long wheel base and yeh just wondering about that extra wrap around area on the sides

If you want to do the VS dash conversion... i suggest you google it as there may be a ar eally good tutoiral that i used to make it happen... fomr another car related site... that may or may not ahvea a magizine...

Im schemeing as to how to make demister work... i have plans... if not, ill jsut get a dogy roady, big deal. I just had a look on the vic road website, even if your power windows dont work it will still pass! il lie my ass off!

Dont waste your time with VT stuff like dashes and door trims, to differnet, may aswel get custom trims made up outa fibergalss or something.

VN/P/R/S stuff is interchangeable, grab a Vs dash.... its hot.... The stato seats will need trimming to fit as it has the wider foams.

VT stuff fits with modification... ive done it and its worth it...VT BErlina seats....yummy!
