iPhone 4 won't go through VE S2 IQ

Hi guys my iPhone 4 won't go through the car speakers when an in coming or out going call is made. Yet when I pair my friends iPhone using the same steps it works straight away. Maybe I need to change some settings on my phone. Can any one help??

has yours been paired up properly?, has the phone had new software installed? is the phone jailbroken?, have you tried a hard reset of the phone?

Yea it paired properly has the latest up date. No it's not jail broken. I'll try a hard reset
