IRS Spin both wheels?

    If its LSD then yes otherwise no. IRS means Independent Rear Suspension.

    What your confusing it with is an open diff vs. LSD (limited slip differential)

    Sorry guys I wasnt sure if it had any effect on how the wheels spun. How do I know if it's LSD?

    Jack the car up so that the wheels are off the ground. Spin a wheel, and if they both spin the same way, its LSD, if the spin opposite, its not LSD.

    Look for a tag hanging from the diff filler plug that says 'LSD'???

    most cars will leave 2, the front tends to lock before the back

    You could just jack up one wheel and if it is stiff to turn it's LSD, if not it's an open (or a shagged LSD). Trans in neutral and handbrake off.

    Make sure the car is on level ground, chock the wheels and use a jack stand.
