I tired searching in the site but most ppl are comparing these two systems. I was just wondering if it possible to install a turbo in an VX V6 supercharged engine. My apologises if this is a "too much power" nonsensical question...

Anything is possible.
There is no physical reason why you can't.

Just gotta ask yourself why?

That would look sweet, bit of a "mine's bigger than yours" mentality about it though.

I remember reading about a Toyota Corolla that was Super & Turbo charged years ago. The way it was configured from memory was it ran off the supercharger until the turbo boost was greater and via a valve it took over boosting the engine with the supercharger boost being vented from memory... Or something along those lines.

I have seen a Tractor used in tractor-pulls having two turbo's on a bank of a V12 feeding into a third to make it boost higher then feeding into the engine.

So anything is possible so long as your pockets are deep enough.

Its technically difficult to achieve.

The standard supercharger would end up being a restriction.

there is nothing difficult about it you just blow into the charger inlet hook the wastegate up as per normal into inlet manifold after charger and set desired boost .would need the fit or mace air to air intercooler plate and front mount to keep heat down but it is very simple to acheive

how much boost can you run with a big turbo before the supercharger starts restricting it?

as much as you want to but pump 5psi from the turbo into the l67 with 7psi pulley and it instantly compounds boost to high figures takes very little boost into the M90 to make 15psi on the outlet side of the blower and is way more efficient than makeing the M90 make 15psi by itself
