Ive been trying for days to remove a broken rocker assembly bolt. Now im just giving up and putting back the broken half thats out, back in the same place on top of the broken piece that's still in there.

Im thinking if i take the car later to the machine shop, would they have to remove the inlet manifold in order to take out a rocker and its bolt? Or is it possible by just removing the rocker cover?
