Is purple haze a vy colour?!?

i recently seen in a car group on Facebook someone wanting info on the difference between haze and cosmo, I confirmed their car is definitely cosmo but I want more info on the haze! Everything I have read has said haze was first made in the vx ss and only 10 were made. Then they kinda go of the radar when it comes too the vy, did it become a thing? Was there only a few made ? Are the ones I seen now an aftermarket colour?

Purple Haze was used on the Monaro series 2 or 3 (so VY still), it is a very subtle purple. I don’t think it was available on sedans.
At the same time, HSV was using Ultra Violet (very rare Y series)
