hey guys, im looking at these chrome rims on ebay and are a 5 stud multi fit wheel and might fit a vs commodore he recons but the tire size on em currently is 215/40 they are 17" rims. is the tire too small or will this be ok?
sweet i just have no idea if tire choice is crutial or not, will the smaller tire afect the car any shape or form??
yes it wont feel as heavy in the steering as a car with big wheels having bigger wheels also reduces highway fuel consumption
The tyre is much too small mate. The most common tyre size for 17" wheels on commodores is 235/45/17. The difference between stock vs 205/65/15 and said tyres on ad can be seen for yourself at: Tire size calculator Imho i wouldnt be getting them, especially if he cant even tell you if they'll definately fit your commo.
