Hi I have no idea what cam is in the engine I had the spec sheet but the car has been sitting for 20 years in the shed and it has been lost. What I can remember what I got done to the engine was bored 60thou set of flat top pistons, head machined, block machined, solid cam roller rockers torker edelbrock manifold machined to fit.

Adjusting the rocker now. I have found great info as below I have I HAVE FOUND ON THE NET in hope to get a better understanding from someone here.

When I do the first step from below (how to comment) (No 1 is at TDC, No 4 will be rocking). Well I have done this but I have the rocker on NO 4 exhaust side is rocking I thought it would be the inlet rocking or am I missing something or is this right.

So I have it right in my head when No 1 is at TDC, No 4 will be rocking, am I adjusting just the inlet side first for both sides 1 and 4, when this is done do I do the exhaust .

How to comment

ow when No 1 is at TDC, No 4 will be rocking, meaning exh just closing , int just opening, adjust No 1, . Next rotate harmonic 90 deg to do No 2 cyl, look at valves on no 5, when they rocking you can adjust No 2. Continue as per firing order. Use table below , 1 with 4, 2 with 5 and so on until all complete.
