    im have just bought a 2009 ve ssv ute man with cat back and cold air intake i was sitting in traffic for a bout and hr in second wen i got out of the traffic i put the foot down and it was jerking and farting like it was flooding or somthing can any one help or has any ones ss done this??? should i worry???

    More info please.

    What CAI has been installed?
    Are the stock sensors still intact?
    Do you know if the car has had a tune? If so, by who?

    If you're getting so much hesitation that you get 'jerking and farting' (good way to describe poor AFR actually!), sounds like your tune is out.
    The question is why.
