Is VT wagon wiring loom same as sedan?

hi, im just wondering if the wiring loom for the wagon is same as the sedan as im looking to use the boot button on a new key fob as a trigger for a remote starter?

What does a remote starter do. does it enable you to start the car without being in the car?
