Issue with windows and door - Possible causes?

I will try get a video the windows going up and down next time I go for a drive but I'm having issues with both of my windows in my 2011 SSV ute and I can't seem to find the issue elsewhere. When putting them up or down they are slow are not noisy but certainly louder then they should be, the passenger side if I put the window down all the way the window drops a bit (doesn't fall completely in or stuck) and sits quite loose, the drivers side isn't as bad but still not normal operation, the drivers side door handle can also be hard to open sometimes and creaks, not too sure if it has anything to do with it but if anyone has any information on what might be the cause that would be helpful

Lubrication might fix it.
Carbon powder in window tracks and good old oil on moving parts.

There are Stops at the bottom of the window tracks,
possible they have come off ?
or the tracks [Bailey Channel] are loose in the door frames.
Loose Window Regulators ?

I'm gonna go ahead and say the drivers side door just needs some lubrication so I'll pick some up tomorrow but I'm still unsure on the passenger side, if I grab hold of the window I can wiggle it left and right a little bit but not up or down

Take off the door card and take a proper look see.
