HI ALL well i was washing my VY WITH THE RADIO ON (idiot) and bent and snapped the ariel do i need to replace the whole thing or can just the mast be changed if its just the mast or is it a hard job or easy job
OR is it just as easy to change the whole unit

Changing the mast.... can be a bitch, requires removal then put it back together and then insert new mast switch car on... be careful you don't strip the teeth.

Changing whole unit. Unbolt old one, bolt new one in. Change plug slightly bend mounting bracket... job done.... 3x more expensive though.
