    I think you got bullshitted hardcore. 350 Chev in a VX SS? WTF. Plus what kind of drag strip let's you do a run while it's raining, unless he used his iPhone, which is cheating.

    hey man love the car , nice clean ride . Just a quick qeustion the gear shift area " P R N 1 2 3 " did you just wack a blue globe in or did you have to do any sanding like the the cluster?

    i think Jake said it took two weeks for his lights to arrive. if you need any help on the install send either of us a PM for info. but it's pretty straight forward and there is a heap of info on the net...sorry for hijacking your thread Ando.

    Drag strips don't let you anywhere near the strip if it's raining/has rained/looks like rain.

    Think about if for a second, letting a bunch of powerful cars onto a wet drag strip.

    by 350 does he just mean an LS1, because an LS1 is a 350ci motor... if he is running an iron block 350 fuel injected then that is awesome.

    A 350 Chev is a carby fed 350ci motor used by camaros in the early 70's.

    An LS1 is 346ci motor, they are completely different.

    Well he didnt say, but he said that he had spent 28 thousand on engine work. Surely an LS1 conversion wouldnt cost that much

    An LS1 is what's in a VX SS from the factory.

    As stated before, a 350 Chev is an oldschool carb fed motor

    you can get fuel injection setups for the 350's,
    Holdens also ran the 350 such as the HT monaro like the one we are doing up.
