so i'm looking at upgrading my car stereo, i'm happy with it all except for the subs/sub amp. basically right now i've got a boss ba4400 amp and 2 boss 12", so i'm looking for some new gear to fill the void of these.

my bro's selling his jbl cs300.1 and i'm wondering if it'll have what it takes to drive two 12"s of reasonable power.

    it's specs are:
    200w rms x 1 channel at 4 ohms and <1% dht +n
signal to noise ration : 100dBA (reference 1w into 4 ohms)
    300w rms x 1 channel at 2 ohms, 14.4v supply and <1% dht +n
dynamic power 460w at 2 ohms
    freq response 10hz - 300hz (-3dB)
    max input signal 7.5v
    max sensitivity 100mV

ideally i'd like a reasonably sounding, but not bank breaking sub setup, so can anyone advise if it's a suitable amp?

volume wise you may notice a slight increase but reliability and quality will go through the roof.
