But....if the tables were turned could you imagine what would have been unleashed? I'd rather a few sulking millennials than people who might take Trumps' suggestion to embrace their 2nd amendment rights a bit too literally!

 

The 2nd Amendment is a Gov Restriction. Gives no rights to the people because they already have the right. The lesson learned is about the Gov turning against the Citizenry. A balance of power, safeguard against tiranny. So far is working quiet well.

 

I cannot wait for them to leave and take the media. They wanted to live to Canada, so be it, let their system take care of those overpaid jackasses. By the way, I hope they do not forget the Kardashains. Obummer said that will leave the US. I do not care, he can go to Saudi or Qatar and pray to Muhammed like he always wanted.

As to how many underemployed people on Newstart, who knows? As soon as you make about $1000/fn (gross), no more newstart for you. $1000/fn is roughly about 21hr/wk.

The perfect example of what I HATE about socialism is the very nice people at the ATO now send a breakdown of the amounts of my tax dollars and how they were quite specifically allocated. One third of my taxes went to "social security". ONE ####ING THIRD!!! Literally tens of thousands of dollars I've worked hard to earn went to people the neither earned it, and in many cases, don't deserve it!

Welfare is spread over a very wide spectrum and a good percentage of it is devoted to the truly deserving.
