I think the easiest way would be to going to the bank and depositing it into his bank account. Unless you live nearby and can go around to his house and pay, then well...that is the easiest way.

postaged might be a tad much gettin the sticker up here to cairns in FNQ, so i might get one made up here in cairns.
Depending on what kind of envelope hes going to be using, it should just be 45 cents postage...or whatever a stamp costs these days...
Yeah im kinda worried about the bending/creasing of the sticker myself, but if its folded in the correct places it should be ok. Even if he put 2 peices of cardboard into the envelope as well just to stop it from bending to much.
thats a tad bit of a screw around tho as it not the sender that we have to worry about packaging it right its in the postage and handling. ill just go and get one made up anyone got measurements and font sizes and font?
