Ok,LSA headers are exactly the same as std VF V8 headers,ie cast iron four into one headers into std cats that are used across all std VF V8s,the reason being that LSA engines don’t have extractors is the exhaust is pushed out by positive displacement supercharging not scavenged or sucked out as on non supercharged V8s,the best bang for $ is to hunt down a set of HSV tubular headers, they come in two sizes,2 1/4 and 2 1/2 exit size, the later is the rarest, use these tubular headers with HSV cats bolted to your std system you don’t need a tune and stays in EPA regulations or go hole hog if you have $ and go four into one after market headers with cats to suit for more grunt and nicer noise but you will need a tune with more $.
