Just ordered a red/red SS. Anything I need to know?

Guys i should be getting my SS next week.What is the correct run-in procedure for the car.

Running in a new car is pretty easy. Just resist the temptation to fang it. Drive it like your grandma would for the first 5000km.

1. Lots of fluctuating revs, (stop start peak hour city driving is perfect)
2. Driving up hills in a tall gear making the engine torque lug the car up will help the rings bed in.
3. Avoid high revs and forget about cruise control until you've done a good 5000km.
4. Make sure the dealer Changes Oil and and Filter at the first inspection service
5. Change Oil and and Filter yourself halfway between dealer services.
6. Use a quality Synthetic Oil.
