Just wanting to decode my VIN number to see a few things, mostly exactly what motor is in my VE thanks

Build plate on lh strut tower will have what engine is in the car

Thanks. The cars stored out of town was hoping there was a way to get it from the VIN number somehow.

That instance the 8th digit of the vin number will cover it

LY7 used in SV6 upward.
