Not yet. Although I'm off work until Jan 3rd and wouldn't know in the meantime.
No mods that I'm aware of, just a V8 Statesman, likes to do burnouts and drive in excess of 170km/h when chased.

Time for an update.
The rego initially posted is now off the radar. Our crook has pinched himself a new car and I mean a NEW car.
XCO148 - 2009 VE Holden Caprice silver. So far frequenting the Endeavour Hills area. The last two nights I have seen first hand what this clown is willing to do in order to not get caught. We need 000 calls as soon as sighted or alternatively contact either Sergeant Darren Shaw or Senior Constable Kieran Rodgers at the Narre Warren CIU 9705 3111.

saw a dark blue holden calais here in adelaide yesterday with the exact same plates

Thank you to all who assisted with information as this helped greatly. The investigation into this offender went beyond my specialisation however every bit of info I gathered from forum members was used and promptly passed onto the police members handling the investigation.
