my vs ute didnt have central locking either when i bought it but i did a conversion, you need new door looms and 4 actuators and a BCM then you need a new remote head programmed if you want it to look factory its not cheap though set me back about $450 for central locking/power mirrors in the ute, maybe consider an aftermarket type central locking kit with seperate remote ?
