    Hi guys i have a ve omega and i was wondering how would i put a kill switch in. My dad tried some methods but they didn't come out succesfull.

    Pull out the fuel pump relay, dont think anyone carrys relays with them :D

    Bit of a pain opening bonnet all the time though...

    Whats the point, the car has a factory fitted Transponder Immobilizer system fitted. Makes them a lot harder to steal, not impossible but definitely a lot harder.. Pulling relays etc is just pointless..

    Still think it is pointless, but what ever floats ya boat, i wouldn't wanna mess with the wiring on these new cars,

    i tend to agree.... killswitch pointless.
    without the actual keys would be very hard to steal.

    and IF they broke in to my house and took my keys, the last thing I'd want is for them to stay around longer 'asking me' how to start the car! just take the fraking thing, thats what insurance is for!

    besides.... its an omega, not an R8 clubby.
    professionals arent exactly lining up to steal it ;).
