Knock sensor code don’t going away

I have had a engine light come up on my vn v6 it’s a code 43 so knock sensor so I replaced the sensor and it didn’t work then replaced the plug on it because it was a little broken and it’s still coming up with a code is there any other things i should test or try ? On it

Maybe a reason why knock sensor is going off ?

Did you replace it with a vn sensor ecotec sensors are a different resistance and will throw a code.

Yeah with a new vn One and done it to 24nm and then continuity test from the the ecu b11 to the plug and it come up good took the battery off for like 30 mins and put it back on I’m thinking now would I have to go for a drive in it to get it to work so it will clear ?

Ecu could be bad buy another 50 buck ecu and stick your memcal in it

I will have a try if that tonight is it work just running a new wire from the ecu to the knock sensor just to make sure it’s not that
