knocking noise in exhaust

    hey all, keep hearing a knocking/ rattling noise in my exhaust thats maybe two months old and have no freaking idea what it is any help???? thankyou

    Buggered exhaust rubber hook thing and it's probably hitting on either a shock absorber or rear chassis rail or similar.

    i had the exhaust hangers replaced at last service 3mths ago and had the exhaust done at another shop, they possibly didnt put them back on i guess

    Get under it and have a look. Shake the exhaust and see where it hits. The common place on the VR/VS is the middle muffler hitting the tailshaft because it wasn't aligned properly. Could also be the rear muffler hitting the spare wheel well.

    Or the pipe knocking on the panhard rod...or at least mine does when the rear hanger gives up.
