Kind of off topic but why is it with all these companies claiming to meet or surpass OE are never actually better than OEM?
Also is Delphi Ignition coils OEM?

Mace coils are decent and reasonable price.

Delphi now comes out of China and not Mexico. Standards have dropped since they went offshore.

Also is Delphi Ignition coils OEM?

It looks good on the advertising, sells product.

Engine is just flat out stalling in idle so buying coils now.

Oh geez the list of things it could gets longer. I really did open Pandora's box in my car.
Okay.

Ordered 3 new Ignition coils that I'll put in whenever they arrive next week. if that fixes it then great.
if not, on Monday, the mechanic I'm taking to car to is a former Holden engineer from what I've been told so I'll get his expertise and see what he thinks it could be. I'll let him know what I've done and about what I'm going to do and what you guys who've helped me with this have told me what it could be.

If he can pinpoint the issue for us to fix then I'll go back to have it fixed at some point during the month. If not and we'll just have to keep swapping out parts to figure it out then I might just leave the car as it is for now as its gotten a bit too much over the last few months with cost and time unfortunately.
