Manual Gen3 VT SS + V6 VT manual turbo
Dunno if this is relevant but my vt v6 turbo gets between 10-12l/100kms and that's mixed city and country driving and mixed heavy foot to light foot haha it is manual though and 3.45 diff gears

When i lived in town doing short trips to the shops and general running around mine used around 16 to 17 litres per 100 K. Now i live 10 minutes out of town and use 13.5 litres per 100K average. On a long trip highway driving i use 7.5 to 8 litres per 100K sitting on 110 Kph. My car has pacemaker headers and single 3 inch exhaust and i cut the bottom out of the cold air intake.I normally run 98 octane fuel and occasionally 95 octane. If i run regular unleaded the exhaust is very fumey at idle and you can just about see the fuel gauge moving back to empty as you drive.

My L67 gets around the 12.5/100 around Brisbane. My last trip from Brisbane to Newcastle average was about 7.8/100. That was with BP 98 octane. I dont have any mods. Pretty much let the cruise control do everything except like coming into Coffs and a few other places.

How the #### can you possibly get such low figures. I drive with a light feather touch and the **** swallows the fuel like it's a hooker on a coke binge.

I have a 2001 VX Calais L67 and I average around 10 l / 100 klm, and that's all sorts of driving around. All stock except the bottom of the CAI cut out. My car has 205, 000 k on it but well maintained. I find that the choice of oil and tyre pressure makes a noticeable difference in fuel economy, I run Magnatec 10w30 and 34 PSI in my tyres which are 235/45/17s.

My VT Calais International made 148rwkw. 10psi pulley, 1:9 rockers, CAI, 3;45 LSD, full exhaust and used 13L/100km in the city with lots of traffic lights. Try driving normal for a month and see if giving that heavy foot a rest makes a difference.
