As long as the VY is supercharged, yes.

Look at the picture below, L67 on the left and Ecotec on the right. L67 injectors are mounted in the heads, Ecotec injectors are mounted in the intake manifold. If you use L67 heads on an Ecotec you'll have an extra set of injector bosses that you can't plug. Other than this the Ecotec and L67 heads are exactly the same, to the point where you can machine Ecotec heads into L67 heads by just adding the injector bosses.

The l67 heads I have, have got mace roller rockers, would they suit my vy ecotec

Yes. Apart from the injector holes the heads and everything on them are the same.
