I'm replacing my wobbly harmonic balancer with the standard Powerbond unit. I've seen the ARP 234-2503 replacement bolts on eBay but they're like $90. Is it feasible to use a high tensile M16x2 110mm bolt from the hardware to pull the new HB in, then undo it and put the original bolt back in? $90 seems an extraordinary amount of coin for a bolt.
Also, any recommendations for pullers that don't need a kidney sold or is it easy to make your own?
