    Hay,
I have just got a vcm cam package and set of diff gears for my ss,but iam not sure on what you would call fair labour costs for the install of the cam, diff gears and tune the suit.
If anyone has had the same work done. How did mutch it cost you?.I was told by one work shop it would cost $2,800 all up.
    Cheers.

Autotechnique charge around $4k for a cam/OTR/Tune. Hope that gives you a starting point.

Basically, you're better off spending a bit more $$$ and taking to your car to a place that has a good name/reputation, as opposed to trying to save $300 by going elsewhere as the job might not be to flash.

To give you an idea it cost me $2,800 for cam and installation "package". The cam was about $600-700, so $2,100-2,200 for labour and tune.
