Hi Guys just interested to know what you think good leads are to get for a dual fuel car that runs about 98% of the time on GAS ?

I think the leads are crapped so need to get new ones. Have been told Bosch are the best for LPG but also looking at Champion etc.

Experiences with different brands ? best value for money ?

Thanks.

Champion = SHITTEST LEADS IN THE WORLD!

Look into some Eagle 9mm Leads.

Some NGK Iridiums

And if your car is a S1, Get a S2 Coilpack

Cheers

greenfoam, would you recommend bosch spiral cores for a petrol engine too? been meaning to get new leads and plugs for a while now, but now i'm spraying the airbox and rocker covers it looks like now's the time.

not sure if it's the s1 or s2 VP engine, is there an easy way to tell?

hmm, might get better leads when i have some more money$, but for now if i had that $300, i'd probably try to find some secondhand extractors.

for now might just go with the spiral cores, and spend the rest on ididiums. :)

ok i'm off up to autobarn to get the topgun maxx 300's.
was just in there and the chick quoted ~$67 for a set, but there were some options i wasn't clear on. (heat shielding/boot size vs standard boot)

boot size isn't important i don't think cos i'm just using stock coils, and going to get iridiums
don't think i need to worry about heat shielding on a sv6 vp

so just the standard top gun standard boot 8.8mm's?
