   Will replacing the vapour lines around the fuel tank on a VN fix a leaking fuel tank?

   Not if its got a crack in it
   
   If you are seeing a wet patch on the tank, it should do. My SS had the same thing, I replaced every single hose around the tank and it solved the problem.

   no cracks, if there were, bubble gum would fix that.
