Leaking Inlet Manifold - v8

Has anyone had any experience with the v8 inlet manifold leaking water...front left where in sits on the block ????

Repercussions ?

If its the front left it may be leaking from the thermostat housing. They use a rubber seal that may be stuffed, and the water trickling down the face of the manifold.

front left..??
I guess you are standing in front...looking in
so
They have a habit of leaking from the hoses there
especially the one that is the 'tap' hose
the heater tap also leaks (the internal seal goes)

check the hoses before lifting the manifold
also
as mentioned the thermostat also is known for 'dribbling'
check that too....

It is actually leaking from the physical front left, i.e. dipstick side, away from the thermostat.

Looks like between the manifold and the block...there is a tell tale dribble down the front of the block on that side.

Any other suggestions ??...or is it dismantle time ???
