about a month ago i replaced the thermostat, the local spare parts shop supplyed me with a standard flat gasket.when i removed the thermostat housing i noticed it had an o ring so i went and used the flat gasket, anyway after a week it started to leak so i removed it again and replaced it with a genuine o ring three weeks later it starting to leak when it sits around for a few days.do these housings warp and should i try replacing it this time?:bang:

You need to coat the "O" ring with silicone grease or similar to make sure it seals good unless you are using a new thermostat housing. Sit the housing on a sheet of glass to see if its warped. If the housing is corroded I'd replace it anyway.
