Ok, so I thought this could be a good place to start.
I am trying to learn how to use dropbox so I can upload pictures to different sites and am a little stuck.

So I can put pictures from the computer into the dropbox program on the computer, and can see them when logged into the program.
I have previously been able to put them up on another website but now it comes up with a small square box with the x in it as though it isn't linked anymore.
is there a way to make it so that the pictures stay permanently up?
otherwise can anyone give us a quick rundown of how to upload the pictures through dropbox the best way so that I can then upload to say a forum?

for example do I need to have it so that it can be shared with anyone and create a link?

Just thought I would also do a quick trial while im at it. but it does seem to show up with the square and the box which is what im trying to avoid.

may have figured it out, do you need to change them all from www to dl? or is there an easier way?
test image of same with dl instead of www
its blurry as but is a start.

out of curiosity are they just as easy in regards to uploading pictures?
Have found its simple to just drag and drop from other folders in the computer.

and just quickly, can you guys see the last picture?
wouldn't mind confirming if it worked or not.

I use photobucket, can drag and drop. Already has tags to copy and paste into forums, messenger etc.

I'd use Photobucket but find it too slow and often makes images smaller - imgur also has sharing links and you can either copy or drag and drop pics onto the webpage.
