LED light

Just wondering, The new LED tail lights in the VE, are they single L.E.D.'s or are there a few on a bulb sort of thing?? I know they are a little bit more expensive than normal globes but last longer, how much are they? Also would i be able to get them on my vt (rear lights) or would i need to replace something other than jst the 'globes'?

That wasnt the best explanation:embarrass but hopefully someone knows what im on about.
