Legal Advice anyone?

Yeah cement has been put in. It's iffy though, the dentist reckons there's a chance it won't hold, and therefore I'll need a root canal! :O. Never had one before, but heard that they're painful. The tooth chipped pretty and very nearly left the nerve exposed, hence the reason for the need of a carefully placed filling.

Guess I might as well drop it then, and just get them to pay for the bill.

And in my previous experience, popcorn is no where near as hard as stones, not the ones on top of the packet anyway, they're supposed to be popped. However not so in this case.

Oh.. lol. Well I did hear my dentist say to the nurse to get the cement ready, and the filling does look like cement.. Obviously I know it's not cement as in concrete, but I figured they're called the same thing seeing as though they both dry exceptionally hard..

Seeing that they are paying for the dental bill i would get the tooth fixed and get them whitend. Get as much work done to your teeth as you can

dude you should call ACA RIGHT NOW!! this is an outrage!! make them pay the cost for pain and suffering, get the health departmant in there about the dodgey pop corn, while your calling ACA call TT, make sure you put on a real good show for i interview
