I just thought the bulbs are facing down so I take the fuse cover off below the steering wheel and have enough room to change them.
    I haven`t looked yet

On my VP there is a trim piece in the way.

Be careful if you have to take it out, as the mounts will be fragile, and easily snap.

those ones under the dash bit are for your lights accross the front of the dash, like the hanbrake light, engine light, cruise etc etc...to get the ones at the back of the cluster that light up the speedo n tacho you need to remove the cluster, easy enough done n take no more than 5 mins

He's talking about the warning ones, not the speedo/tacho.

you can changer all of them except the middle four or six as you cant reach them past the steering wheel, however a bit of skill and a pair of pointy nose pliers ones with a bend at the end are best will get you through ALL of them.

oh, however the cluster comes out in moments its pretty easy, post a message if you get stuck.
