Level 3 dash repairs LCD

Is there anyone out there that repairs the LCD's on these. I see a couple of options on Ebay however would appreciate some first hand knowledge.

What actually wrong with it ?

2 Options I see,

As you mentioned, get it repaired, there are a number of places that will repair it, google will locate a number of them,
or
Source a replacement and get it adjusted to your current odometer reading.

The LCD screens on the left and centre are out all together. How do you adjust the odometer on these?
