Typically they will take 2 tests, one as you pull up, and 1 20 minutes later, the reason for this is the way alcohol is absorbed into the bloodstream, so if you finished your last drink, blew into the pubs breathalyser, it could have registered .015, then 20 minutes later, after you last drink has had time to settle, you can find yourself on .02 or more.
