MBL will quieten down a noisy diff, it might help a tired B Shaft bearing be less noisy. If the issue is lifters it will do nothing IMHO. I like MBL but it's hard to get locally so I no longer use it.

did that work for your lifter balance shaft issues ?

maybe a chewed out cam lobe or chewed out lifter roller or both

My concern would be if the noise is a stuck lifter then could well damage the cam lobe, given the noise is quite loud.

May not necessarily fix it but definitely the thing to try and cheapest option
It's been nearly a whole day I'm keen to see if this has sorted the issue.

Sorry losh1971. Done the whole oil change added the Nulon Free drove around most of the day still no change.... So I'm guessing i'm doing a tear down now to see what the issue is.... Was worth a crack but no cigar.... lol

Before you tear it down have it diagnosed. Be a shame to go to the trouble of replacing lifters if it's something else. Having said that if you haven't replaced LIM gaskets yet it's only another $209 for lifters plus the cost if a set of rocker bolts. LIM gaskets inevitably need to be replaced at some point.
