Okay so firstly, this isn't to start competition or anything like that so please keep harsh comments and insulting elsewhere, this is for comparison and motivation!

So just suggesting maybe post your states (Age,height, weight etc)
and then your PB's on the main lifts that you do (Bench, Dead, Squat)

So I'm 22, about 5'10 and 80 Kg

Bench: 120 1RM
Squat: Can't Do Torn ACL
Deadlift: Can't Do Torn ACL

However i can rack pull around 100 Kg quite easily :)

Benchpress: 150kg
Squat: 200kg
Deadlift: 260kg
Leg Press: 620kg
Military Press: 90kg

Not all of them are 1rm's, I don't train to find 1rm's. I train for strength/hypertrophy, so I go by feel every set and incorporating drop sets/rest pause sets, depends on weight used.

Weight: 92kg, 24% BF :(
Height - 5'9.5

Benchpress - 55kg over 3 sets of 12 reps each
Squat and deadlift - never attempted. Knees aren't good anyway......
Leg press - 160kg over 3 sets of 12 reps each. Don't wanna go any higher, feel a bit anxious having that weight above me.
Military press 35kg, again over 3 sets 12 reps each
Pushups - on toes - 3 sets of 25 each
chinups - 3 sets of about 9 each

These numbers aren't high but I focus on cardio instead. 3 sub 6min/km marathons to my name.... ;)

I could probably do more on the squats and deads if I wanted. With a previous knee injury Im pretty cautious on it though.

All those are at 8 reps.

Can finally do a full body weight dip now though, pretty chuffed with that :p

Hey guys, some impressive numbers. Keep up the great work :)

Age:28
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 79kg

Been a while since lifting so numbers are probably down a bit. Just started back up last week. Was out due to purely being lazy. All below efforts are 1RM.

Weights
Deadlift: 165kg
Bench: 80kg
Power C&J:100kg
Squat C&J: 90kg
OHS: 80kg
Power Snatch:75kg
Squat Snatch: 60kg
Thruster: 70kg
Split Jerk: 110kg
Front Squat:75kg
Back Squat: 120kg

There are a few more techniques I haven't put up as I cant find my other workout diary.

Technique I find is most important. Not after massive numbers. Just general fitness :) My eating habits need a good polish up too.
