I haven't been able to train consistently for about a month, so these are the 1RM numbers from over the last 9 months or so.

Bench: 95kg
Front Squat: 110kg
Deadlift: 170kg
Shoulder press: 72.5kg

I don't do back squats due to hip mobility issues which always seem to lead to me having back problems as I can't squat with good posture even with low weight. That being said, my last good back squat was 135kg before I realised why my back was hurting me again.

Deadlift: ~140kg

I have benched over 100kg, however since cutting it has dropped a bit. Squats were when I was bulking also so my max is around 6x120kg at the moment depending on the day. I haven't really seen what my max deadlift is, I usually just do 8-10x120kg, but used to rack pull around 170-180kg. Hoping to increase mainly bench and deadlift a fair bit when I start bulking again, and reps for squats.

So it's been a while now and I've continued lifting since my last post so I'd thought I'd update a few of my lifts.

Barbell press - 155kg x1
Squat - 210kg x2
Deadlift - 260kg x1
Dumbbell seated shoulder press 54kg dumbells (108kg) x5
Military press - 100kg x 5


Edit* oh and weight now 107kg @ unknown body fat but roughly 12% at a guess

Re training since June after being cleared for exercise after a shoulder stabilisation and tendon/ligament work

A year ago I was told I wouldn't be able to do push ups again.

Current pbs are.
Bench : 115 single rep
Decline bench 110 single rep
Seated ohp : 85 single rep
Hex deadlift : 225 2 reps.
Leg press : 320 5 reps

I haven't done a 1 rm test in a month or two but also have slowed down training being the holidays month.

I'm usually a 5 x 5 man

Bench 90
Incline bench 85
Seated ohp 70
Hex dead 185
Leg press I usually go 10s 280

39 year old 6' 4" guy here, around 100kg in weight. Have been lifting intermittently for about 15 years, crossfit since last year.

Numbers
Deadlift: 210kg
Bench: 125kg
Power C&J:100kg
Squat C&J: 100kg
OHS: 80kg
Power Snatch:75kg
Squat Snatch: 75kg
Thruster: 90kg
Split Jerk: 100kg
Front Squat:145kg
Back Squat: 165kg

A quick look over those figure illustrates a distinct lack of ability in anything remotely technical -> OH movements such as jerk, snatch well down on the classic Squat, Bench, dead figures. Anyhoo, gives me something to work on

and my press sucks too, only about 70kg strict
