Little Help Please

    Ok i have a Vn Wagon That im fixing for my sister The Fuel pump Was playing up and Simtimes you Had to Give it a Light Thump to get it started ... Ok So i pulled That Pump out And Replaced it with a New Pump and Still no priming at The Pump so i pulled That One out and tested it with a 12 volt Battery spun up fine so then Put it back in again and still no go .... ?????

    Also have Checked the Fuses & All The Relays Ect

    Pulled The fuel pump Power connector off the rear off The Pump and Checked if its getting Power with a Multi Meter Reading Was in 11's so she has Power The There..


    do you think The Earth Wire on the Fuel Sender is Faulty Or Something ? :bang:
    Any Help Would be Nice Cheers!

    Fairstar the Funship
    Try checking all wires leading to the fuses and relays under the hood. I had a rusty power wire leading to the fuel pump fuse under the hood. Foul connection, and was causing intermittent failure.

    All Fixed it was The Fuel Sender unit it's self There Was a Little Earth Wire Thats Burnt Out The Pump was Fine !
