   I have had some problems with my unmodified VX V6 Berlina. Intermittently, it is draining all the power from the battery. It can be charged but gets so flat even the horn won't work...
   
   Anyway, it will run fine for weeks then the problem will recur. There seems to be no pattern.
   
   Now, looking at it today, I noticed that the terminal where the earth lead attaches to the engine block is loose and looks rusty. Could this be related to the problem I have described?

   Hi not having a good earth will not be good for electrics or the alt have you had a load test on ya battery
   or a current draw test done
